Rewards are given for the successful referral and hiring of relationship managers and account managers only.

All Heartland employees in non-managerial roles are eligible to receive the referral rewards. Managers, recruiters and human resource associates are excluded from earning a reward.

For Heartland Sales Employees Who Qualify for the ‘Personal Best’ Sales Incentive Program:

A 12,500 incentive point reward is awarded after his/her referral has been successfully screened, interviewed and hired.

For Heartland Employees Who Do Not Qualify for the ‘Personal Best’ Sales Incentive Program:

A $250 reward is awarded via an American Express gift card after his/her referral has been successfully screened, interviewed and hired.
